Dr. Chong, Really listens and is willing to work with your budget. I came in because I had gotten Botox once before from someone else. (My previous experience with another Doctor was not good). Dr. Chong wanted me to be happy with my results. She explained everything and even asked me to call the office follow-up to see how I was liking the results. I also had a budget in which Dr. Chong respected and the office worked to stay within my budget. I have since gone back to get Botox again because I had such great results and experience! The only reason I rated the wait time lower is because I try and get this done during my lunch hour and its taken me longer than an hour. (Drive and wait time).
