Happy once again just needed answers to questions I didn't ask my surgeon

So it turns out that I did exaggerate about the whole situation and all of my questions have been answered! i had gotten in touch with Dr Rival and he explained to me what was essential in order to continue with revision. I was confused about it at first but Dr.Rival was completely caring about the whole situation and explained he only wanted what was best concering my health. Now He is a completely great plastic surgeon and my first review was written in a state of anger, and major confusion and didnt even think to direct this to him, (to put your mind at ease, I reccomend talking to your surgeon first dont hesitate to ask any questions or concerns and I felt better once I did). I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Rival because despite the inevitable, he made my first rhinoplasty look great! He knew exactly what I wanted and gave me that! It was great!

So I had surgery with a doctor (end of feb of 2014) whom performed rhinoplasty because I wanted to build the upper part of my bridge. He used something called Goretex? About 2-3 weeks following surgery (after cast wast removed)I felt a bump on the right side of my nose between the corner of my eye where the tear duct is. I didn't realize it was that big of a deal so I was going on with my days normally. I noticed the bump started to get bigger and eventually became a huge cyst. Finally I had made an appointment (which was about 2 months after my surgery) and during my appointment my surgeon had cut open the cyst, released the puss and started packing it. I had a nasal abcess from the implant because it had shifted, which was about a cm deep. The following week I had surgery with him to "scoop" everything out of the abscess and remove the implant. I've been following up with him quite frequently after that and going to wound care clinics to treat my abcess. During that time he had told me He would be able to perform revision about 4 months to this date (this was the end of April) so that'd be around August. After a few more visits with him told me that I'd have to wait because my scar is healing and so on, which I get. Then he told me that i may not need to put anything because the scar tissue might build up (WTF???) then he decided to tell me to wait a year? My scar is close to looking like NOTHING (he's even said that!)and It seems like he just keeps on making excuses. I paid $6,300 for my surgery and I feel like my doctor is very passive about this situation and is only in it for the money. I've read some negative reviews online about him (stories similar to what im going through) and usually I don't give into that crap but my situation now is making me think otherwise. And I'm sorry if this is a but confusing. Is there any way i could get my money back? Please help!
