I was never happy with the size of my upper lip, it was much thinner than the lower and when I smiled it disappeared leaving me with a strange looking smile. I decided to do something about it when it got to the point where I wouldn't smile in photographs and looked permanently miserable!

I got juvederm injected into my upper lip. I found the treatment bearable and felt hardly any pain but I did have the numbing gel on my lips for about 40 minutes.

It's only been a day since I've had the treatment so I'm experiencing some swelling and one side of my lip looks bigger than the other. Hopefully it will turn out o.k and if it doesn't i'll go back for correction.
