10 months post op update

I rarely see long term updates so I thought I'd share a 10 month post op comparison shot. In this one you can see some of the results of the Fat Transfer.

12 weeks Post Op

Its been forever since I've visited or posted anything. I'm just about back to normal. I still have swelling in my lower abdomen every afternoon. I feel a few months pregnant but maybe I'm over critical. I waiver between me thinking its fat and that its just swell.. I guess only time will tell. In any case I don't think I'll ever be flat, seems I'm built that way. I've posted some before & after pics from late last week; taken first thing in the am. I haven't worn my CG since the day after he told me I didn't have to; probably would help with the swelling but I just couldn't bear it with summer & the heat. I wear a Flexees or Spanx just about every day. The lipo results seem to be settling in.. I do have a few odd 'dents' but again, time will tell. Overall I'm happy; I do wish I was flatter but I guess 3mths is still early :)

40 Days PO

All is going good! I was cleared last week to go without my CG unless I'm working out (still restricted from core work) or if I have a long day at work. I did good on Friday but yesterday by 6pm I felt like I'd felt like I'd gained 15lbs so I slept with the CG & feel much better this morning. My knees are still causing me issues (from the lipo). I still get weird aches and pains but that is all in the healing. I don't have to go back for another follow up visit until the end of August! I went back to Weight Watchers to weigh in for the first time in a long time (I'm Lifetime) and was happy to see that I was only .8 over goal and down 5 lbs since the day of surgery. Today I will really buckle down on the diet and start more regular workout activity. I'm still never flat even in the morning. PS told me to give it 3-6 months so I'm hoping for some progress by my trip to Mexico in 8 wks. The RN that injects my Botox recommended IPL for the scar. I'm not that concerned about the large scar but my BB is healing slower and is bright pink so I might consider it in a few weeks. I've posted some pics including some progression/comparison pics.
