I had a free introductory session with ReFirme at my local spa (I am a regular long-term customer). I am 46 and have never had anything "done" but lately finding myself with some droopy jowls. It didn't hurt much at all, a little warm at times. I'm surprised by the remarks about pain on this thread. I noticed a minimal lifting difference that day. But more importantly my husband noticed! I understand it's a cumulative effect, so after waiting two weeks I am going back to give it another go and will update here. Ps it probably didn't hurt to have some eyelash extensions done around the same time :)
