After only 5 sessions i started seeing noticeable results.lost 30 pounds.everyone there was so nice.. I tried everything from ab belts to ab benches, nothing seemed to work. i had so much fun !!! After my 9 sessions I lost about 9 inches. i lost all the weight just before my wedding. my best friend was so right. thanks zerona
