Lipo of Lower Back and BBL

It's been nine months since my lipo of flanks/waist, and lower back and BBL. The BBL was a failure. My goal was to fill in my lateral buttox/hips to fill in my dents. The area looks the same as it did pre-surgery.

Also the lipo to my back could definitely use some revisions/touch up contouring to the areas that are uneven.

What I've noticed is that my post-surgery office visits are a stark difference from my pre-surgery visits. Whenever I attempt to mention my dissatisfaction (FYI: I've had lipo, BBL and a tummy tuck) with my results, I feel rushed and am offered additional non-surgical services (e.g. Exilis, microdermabrasion) that collectively can cost me thousands of dollars in addition to the $15k+ I've already spent. It seems they want to avoid having to do revisions, and are quick to show you your "before" pictures as a deterrent.

It's been approximately seven weeks since I had my tummy tuck and muscle repair procedure. A month earlier I had lipo of my flanks and lower back, and fat grafting to my hips.

At this stage, I am not very thrilled with the results of either procedure. Granted, I still have some swelling/inflammation, but I am not hopeful the final results will be to my liking. My expectations (I believe) were highly realistic. I simply wanted: a flat stomach, to get rid of my side and lower back fat, and a shapely and nicely contoured waistline.

My issues:
(1) My stomach is uneven: one section to the left of my belly button is not flat like the right side. It’s raised/swollen. It's been this way since week one and hasn't improved much over the weeks. There's also a crease in the area between my belly button and the section of my stomach that is swollen.
(2) My belly button is not natural looking. I've tried both a marble and an ear plug with hopes it would open up a bit as it heals, but that hasn't worked thus far.
(3) My waist is and has been noticeably uneven since week one of my tummy tuck. It may have been uneven after my lipo procedure which was done a month earlier, but became more apparent after my tummy tuck procedure. As the swelling has subsided over the weeks, it's become even more noticeable. My left side will likely require more touch-up lipo to improve the contouring.
(4) I had been so fixated on my stomach that I hadn't paid a lot of attention to the appearance of my lower back region where I had some lipo and I was disappointed to see that there's still a bit of unwanted fat that I had hoped lipo would have addressed (sigh).
(5) [this relates to my fat grafting] The right hip is not as filled in as the left and it is pretty noticeable as well. If I don't see any improvement at the six month mark, I am going to address revision of this as well.

I feel I did my due diligence in researching both my procedures and my physician. I'm really hoping the issues that I'm seeing will ultimately resolve on their own without having to have revisions. With the summer approaching, I will not be wearing that bikini as I had hoped due to the unevenness of my stomach and waistline. The thought of possibly having to undergo revisions down the road makes me cringe. As I’ve stated before, I hope my issues resolve on their own and I am able to change my review from “not sure” to “yes.” I want to be happy with my results but right now, I simply am not.

I will keep everyone posted on progress.
