My rating:

My situation is a little different from most of the other people who are writing in. I went to see Dr. E for a procedure I HAD to have done and didn't choose for myself. I was very frightened and really did not want to do it. But I had to. From the first minute I called the office, I felt better. The person who answered the phone was friendly and helpful, set up an appointment for me quickly and efficiently, made all the necessary arrangements with the referring doctor and reassured me. When I went to the office, I was greeted warmly. Everyone on the staff was so nice and helped to put me at ease. Then I met Dr. E - and he was kind, friendly and personable. He explained everything to me and told me that he would take excellent care of me and he certainly did! Most importantly, he made me feel entirely confident in his knowledge and expertise. In a rather vulnerable situation, I so thoroughly felt that I could trust him and benefit from his experience. Throughout the procedure in his office, Dr. E and his staff made sure that I was calm, comfortable and informed of what was going on. Afterwards, he called to make sure that I felt fine, and I did!! The results are excellent and the entire process was easier than I could ever have expected. I am so grateful to Dr. E and his staff for making me feel so well taken care of and highly recommend him!

Hi Hastings,

Thanks for the review, but before I add you to the Mohs Surgery community page could you please provide a bit more information about your experience to fully aid our community.

Did you experience pain and downtime, do you have a few more details about the overall procedure? What made you decide to go through with this procedure, how long had you been thinking about it?

Thanks so much,

-Britt
