They are NOT invisable. You do have PERMANENT attachments, some may be on front teeth. Do not buy if you are self conscious! I run a plastic surgery and medical spa, where everyone pays attention to looks, I tried to wear my first tray (without attachments) and EVERYONE will notice. The marketing is completely false. The "teeth" they show you in the office with the invisaligns is false as well. I guarantee they will look different on you when placed on. One good thing, they are still better than the wire braces. But do not expect these to be invisable.
