I had my first cool sculpting treatment this morning on my lower abs. It hurt badly for the first 10 minutes and then went numb. I thought I was going to throw up at first and almost panicked and asked them to take the machine off. But after 10 minutes I was fine and slept for the rest of the time. The massage afterwards did not hurt at all and I walked out feeling fine and went straight to work. If this actually works it is worth 10 minutes of pain but we shall see.

So today is my first day after cool sculptig. I have some minor bruises but I was able to work out with my trainer today as normal. I had minor pain but nothing I couldn't do. He even strapped a rope around my lower abs and I was able to do it with just a little tingle. So far the pain has been so minimal that if this actually works it will be a miracle procedure. We will see tho.

It's been 4 days and very little pain. I sleep on my stomach every night without a problem. Once I start to see results I will post pics. It's only sore where the bruises are and only hurt if I touch them. By hurts I mean a 2 on a scale of 1-10. My abs hurt more after an intense ab workout than after coolsculpting.

It's been three weeks. I started a low carb diet 10 days ago and have lost 5 lbs. not sure if it is bc of coolscupting or the diet. Clothes are fitting better and people comment that I look thinner. Hopefully will see more results over the next few weeks.

Its been just over 5 weeks. Ive noticed a big difference and my clothes are fitting so much better. I've lost 8 lbs but also started a low carb diet 4 weeks ago so that probably accounts for some of the weight loss. I've been exercising less than before the procedure and still my stomach looks so much better. People haven't commented and noticed my weight loss. M

It's been a week and no pain anymore. Don't see results yet but hopefully in two weeks. Bruising is gone. Been swimming and working out normally.

Wow, sounds terrible and awesome all in the same treatment. Please post before and afters so we can see if this works and if it's worth the 10 min of pain :). Thanks for sharing...and keep us updated!
