for 300 bucks it was worth it. It didn't hurt, it took an hour and my teeth lightened 10 shades (so they said) but looked best 2 weeks after the whitening. I was/am a smoker It only lasted about 3 years. And now I need it again. I'm sure you could get a home whitening kit from your dentist for the same amount So anyone expecting unnatural white teeth won't like this.
