best doctor you can come across located in ny, ny. his staff (maria) is amazing!!!!
he performed my breast reduction/lift. i was unsure for years because of my own personal reasons and i refuse to go elsewhere. nearly 8 yrs i came right back to him. i've never been treated with such profession i mean he had perform my surgery in a upscale beautiful brown stone marble stairs fire place off park ave. ny ny this place looked like home. not that i am only into the atmosphere (it helps tho) but the medical team and staff fit the script. it was def. the warm welcoming that ease my nerves i actually got more excited. i had physicians lined up around my bed side telling me relax you look amazing we are going to take care of you. and of course dr. jay m. was ready and confident. surgery took exactly 2hrs. my results are amazing!!!!!!!. i would do it all over again and again and again. on a mental level he was also there to give much support as i needed it not being use to my new breast size. that very night his secretary and medical team called me at night to see how i was doing and he called me right before i went to bed. i was a little sadden anxious to see my breast the way i wanted them to look. please understand that this takes alot of time i mean every week my boobs look different for the better! i came in this ordeal very prepared but also unaware of demensions of the breast/nipple/ my overall upper extremity. i wanted those nipple in the magazine her fullness lol. i just had a image. however i respect the fact that this surgeon sat me down and said i will give you what looks good for your body. he measured from my neck down. my belly botton up. i threw my hands up and said what ever you say i am with it. you may come across some surgeons that will give you what you want and what you want may not be west for your body. i also keloid sometimes i was extremely nervous more then the surgery itself because of this. i must say dr. meisner had me set up and i was ready. i purchase the "scare away" strips and he gave me 3 types of stitching to ensure the best result. (yes i have the hanker scare) because of my size previous dd he did not want to give me the (lolly pop) scar the result would of look like scrungy type if you know what i mean lol :/ . i had desolvable stitches around the nipples and the vertical line. internal cloth like white stitching, and for the external he gave me the stitches that just slide right on out. pain was at a 10 not the next day because i was numb and still zombie drug like omg. but the day after i could not move. it felt like my chest was crush through my back (im being honest). by sunday i took one more pain med. by monday i was no longer taking pain meds from thurs. i think that is pretty damn well. (i do tolerate pain) on tuesday he removed my drains and i was able to really shower instead of the bird bath. from that point on wkly check ups still current and sharp pain through out my nipples they felt like they was on fire looorrrrdddd!!!! but take a look at my pics and hey beauty hurts but it was very well worth it. im now shopping for everything back out no bra you can't tell me nothing ok! on a serious note breast cancer runs in my family in every generation. he happen to remove abnormal tissue (none cancerous) and what are the odds of that? i didn't even have no idea any tissue was abnormal never really had a reason to check at 32 with one child. i thank god i had this surgery and that he was the one to perform this for me. i mean this entire experience is just outstanding. my surgery was on 2/19/2015 today 3/26/2015 i am 5 weeks post op still sharp pain here and there which is expected with the nerves getting back. i feel great i am pleased. good luck to those out there serching and if you contact him please mention that you got a review/ref from ms. simmons. remember make decisions for yourself and what makes you happy you will be the one to live with it. thank you :)
