Hated my once lean, Kendall Jenner shape. Being African-American, I was teased a lot growing up in the south. Gained weight for a fat transfer yet was still too small. Received medium sized implants (wanted larger implants like XXL/King magazine but Dr. Seneroff refused saying it'd be unproprtioned and I'd appear fat aka tacky). Pro: Now I have an slim build with a round booty. Now I wear shorts and form fitting maxi dresses. My boyfriend loves it because it is round and elegant instead of big and foolish. Cons: Doesn't look fake but feels "hard" like a flexed muscle. The less tight and in shape I am the more fake it feels to the touch, because of the hardness of the implant under my muscle, but not looks, because of my jiggles. Want to have lipo to make it appear more pronounced without going larger. Didn't hurt and doesn't hurt to sit on.
