I have actually had two areas of concern addressed...
I have actually had two areas of concern addressed by Dr. Yang - acne scars and my eyes.
I first saw Dr. Yang in February of 2014. I had made an appointment with him to receive subcision for acne scars. Before performing the procedure he spent well over an hour assessing the situation and explaining the procedure and everything related to it. As a result, I was able to make a fully educated decision with regard to whether or not to actually have the subcision performed. I did have it performed and I am so happy I did. Dr. Yang did an excellent job and everything he told me to expect to likely occur did.
In addition to three severe acne scars that I had treated with subcision, I also had numerous other acne scars that, although not as severe, were still visible and, as such, bothered me tremendously. In particular, I felt very self-conscisous in certain lighting knowing that it made my scars more visible. As a result, Dr. Yang suggested that I consider having them filled in with a permanent filler. I recently had the procedure done and couldn't be happier.
My entire face now is so amazingly smooth - I can hardly believe it and I absolutely love it!
In addition to the acne scars, my eyes were also a concern. My eyebrows were uneven and one of my eyelids was too hooded. As a consequence, I always wore long bangs in an effort to hide it. I thought the only way to correct it was with eyelid surgery and/or a forehead lift. I discussed this with Dr. Yang and he disagreed. He did not think I needed surgery but rather felt it could all be corrected with filler. I have to admit I did not think that was possible. However, I was so impressed with his treatment of my acne scars that I decided to trust him and at least give it a try. Again, I am so happy I did. My eyes (eyebrow and eyelid) and now perfectly symetrical and the extra hooding in the one eye is gone. They look amazing. I am still in awe of what he was able to do without surgery - and surgery would never have gotten such an incredible result. The only way I can explain it is that in order to be able to do what he did one has to have an artistic talent combined with a true and extraordinary expertise in facial structure.
Overall, with just a couple of minor procedures Dr. Yang improved the look of my face tremendously. It has been such a dramatic improvement. This is the best I have ever looked and I have never received so many compliments. (I am sure it also helps that I am so more confident because I don't have a bunch of acne scars on my face.) However, at the same note, I don't look "done" - i.e., the look is very natural.
Also, I would be remiss if I didn't mention how Dr. Yang and his assistant (Mae) treat their patients. They are both so down-to-earth and friendly - while professional at the same time.
I live near NYC and, as such, it has been very convenient for me to travel to Dr. Yang's office. However, I am aware that many people travel from other countries just to seek treatment from Dr. Yang. I understand why. He is not simply a good doctor; he is an extraordinarily talented doctor. As such, I highly recommend him to anybody that is seeking to correct any facial problem or concern.
