I'm a year and a half veteran of microdermabrasion and let me tell you it works. I was introduced to it by a great aesthetician at the medi spa in my dermatologist's office. I bought a pack oh 8 for $1600, it is pricey - but after the 1st 3 sessions - spaced out 2 weeks in between my acne and all scars were gone I had great skin. I started in March and it lasted until the following year.
I recently saw some groupons and bought them but if its done in a regular spa, its definitely more mild than the medical grade one I got. Plus at spas they don't usually extract, they have to do this first for an acne sufferer to see any results. So this weekend I'm back to my dermatologist office to get beautified...can't wait!

Yeah nice, new skin with no acne scars, woo hoo to that! I'm glad it worked out. Good info about Med Spa's. We'd love to see pictures!
