“Post Gynecomastia Surgery”

To early to tell if final results are good but as of now looks fine, i have had gynecomastia since puberty and have wanted to remove it

Hello, i had gynecomastia/breast reduction done 4 days ago, i have noticed on one of my nipples above the sutures to the center on my nipple the skin has turned black and there is a small gash in the middle of it, i called my PS and he said it should be fine but i think it may be necrosis, there is no pain either, should i be worried at all and is there anything i can get to promote healing? any heal would be appreciated
