on my way i was so nervous i told my husband we were walking the wrong way he looked the numbers on the building and said no were not i said we were i wanted to turn around and go back. on the q train home when we go to dr ratners office she took me in the room right away it was alot like going to the dentist. i sat in the chair said lets get this show on the road they numbed me out i did not feel a thing.

they took the basal off my nose sent me in the waiting i was laughing and joking with them all the time told them root canal was worse.

spent time with my husband in the waiting room had lunch read my catch fire hunger games book my reports came back clean aafter 4 hours of waiting they closed me back up sent me home tokld me ii was not allowed to walk more than two blocks at a time without resting or else the skin could die here it is a week im going to work with 3 buses so as not to walk i see the dr for stitch removal next week will keep you posted all in all there was nothing to it

walking a little more i get my stitches out wednesday the 24th so then i guess ill be able to get to the gym go back to walking etch as i way taking out the trash my neighbor asked me what happend to my nose i said i had surgery she said she had 5 mohs and that i gotta wear alot of sunscreen and a hat i said i know last week i told a car service driver i had a nose job my husband told me to tell people you should see how the other girl looks ha ha

Would love to hear how you are doing now. Are you able to walk as much as you want now, or are you still restricted to a pretty short distance?

Oh my gosh, having to take 3 different buses to get to work can't be easy. I'm glad you are taking the precautions your doctor advised though!

Are you experiencing any pain in the area, or does it feel fine?

its three short bus rides i dont mind i get to read my book my only complaint is that none of the buses stops neatr a dunkin donuts im fine no pain at all

Ah, I can definitely sympathize with that! I'm assuming you are wanting to get the coffee there, or are you a donut lover?

iced or hot vanilla coffe skim milk three sweet and low im there so often next to the train station when they see me they just ask hot or cold
im a lifetime weight watchers member so i get the weight watchers ive lost 130 punds over the past 5 or six years ive kept within two punds of my goal weight for the past year and half on sundays after weigh in i get acoffe cake muffin there too theres nothing ive given up just eat less of it i eat pizza ice cream etc just bagels etc just not everyday i eat candy too
