My first implant surgery getting 500cc, I experience having a capsular contracture in my right breast which was showing and very painful, Nov 2010 I decided to correct the condition and go two sizes bigger with 750cc. My left breast has drop two times over, while my left breast remain hard and high on my chest. I get so depressed ever time I look in the mirror. This Park Avenue doctor in Ny told me to two advils three time a day for two weeks and Singulair for three months, I am thinking just never going back to him and getting them done again in California. I am turning 50 this year, what shold I do?
Great review?

I'm sorry you're going through this. How long has it been since your surgery? Implants can sometimes take weeks or months to drop.
In addition, 750cc is a very large implant size. The larger you go, the more potential you have for complications, though I don't know if dropping is one of the possible complications of having huge implants.
Here are what some doctors have to say about one woman whose implants did not drop at the same rate.
