“3 Months Post OP!!”
Spent: $15,200 in Scottsdale AZ
Hi ladies, I'm so excited I've found this site! I'm 32 years old, got married at 20 and had my first son at 21. I gained over 60 pounds which left me with alot of stretch marks and the mama pooch! After my second son my stomach looked even worse. I feel young and preety still I just want a little extra help in my body area.. No amount of exercise or diet can help! So I'm finally taking the plung and going for it! I've wanted this for as long as I can remember. This is going to be such a wonderful positive change in my life, I'm so glad I have a loving and supportive hubby!! Thanks for following my journey

I'm headed to the pharmacy to fill my Rx's. My Dr. perscribed Lovenox, its a anticoagulant drug sometimes know as a blood thinner. I guess it's an added protection against DVT.. which im very happy to take but I inject it myself after surgery for 5 days. Has anyone else used this?

I think the first 48 was the roughest! So far I love what I see my hubby just changed my bandages and tightened my garment.. So I got a peek at my belly. Holy crap it's so flat and tight!! The scar looks very low and I'm draining less and less! I wish it was easier to post pictures from my phone so when I have more strength I'll get some up! Talk soon :)

Hi girls, I have a question im wanting to take a shower but how do u handle a shower with the drain still in? Will the soap hurt it?

Hi girls, 5 days post op and I'm feeling better everyday. What a trip this has been seriously waiting till I can get back to some normal activities! I did finally take a shower yesterday. I felt woozy when I had my binder off but the hot water felt so amazing on my beat up body! I also had a good cry over something stupid so emotions definitely mess with you. There's quite a few up and down moments! But it's easy to remind myself how lucky and happy I'm going to feel when this is over! I've pretty much weaned myself off Percocet and tynelol has taken its place. But Soma has been the most help:) good stuff! I have an appt tomorrow so maybe I'll get my drain out? It's been around 20cc or less over 24 hrs.. IDK that would be sweet! Oh yeah I forgot to mention I did get the ONQ pain pump and thank god I did..couldn't imagine what the pain would of been like without it, so worth the money!! Hope everyone's doing great:)

I'm down to 145 And my boobs are measuring 36DD glad I didn't go with the 450cc..hello dolly:)

I'm very excited for you! Are you getting breast work done as well?
Only a little more than a week to go! Please keep us posted on how you're feeling as your big day nears.
I'm going to be on lovenox after my surgery too, because I have a history with blood clots. Had one in my last pregnancy, was on lovenox for like, 10 months or so. The shots weren't bad, I guess I got used to them. It burns a little going in, but it's far from unbearable. I was doing mine every 12 hours. Only thing, they were supur expensive (approx. 50-100 bucks a shot). Insurance covered mine last time, I don't know about this time. Whether they cover it or not, I'll be more than happy to take it if it provides me extra protection! :)
But yeah, after a couple times, the injections are a breeze. I had to put mine in my tummy, but when it got too big (my 6th month preggers?) I went for the thighs. Guess that may be where I have to put it...won't be enough skin to pinch after the tummy tuck! :)
Sending you positive vibes for tomorrow!
