So surgery is in two days! I am nervous but scared at the same time. This site really helped me learned about the process of healing which I must say was a bit more then I had expected. I took all my questions to my PS today and she answered them and drew a diagram on my tummy to show me exactly what would be done. I had a breast reduction with her two years ago and I LOVE my boobs. Now I am ready to get rid of this excess skin! I didnt prepare myself for this really, just went last week for consult and figured I would just do it!!! The longer I would wait, the more I would have second thoughts, like I do now...LOL I will put up pics tomorrow of my before and every few days to show my process. Thanks ladies for all the questions and answers on this site. This really helps us all with the great support during our process of healing. Next time I write, I will have crossed over so the other side of this, the healing process of being swollen with blood bags! YUK lol

Hello! So my surgery was two weeks ago today! I also had a breast reduction two years ago since I was too big and I love to run. I am still a 38D but they are more fitted to my body and I am still able to run marathons as well. Getting my boobs fix was the BEST decision I made and I should of done it when I was 30! lol With my mini tuck I am still recovering of course. I am just now able to drive and sit at the table to eat. The first week is the toughest and you go through an emotional rollarcoaster but each day gets a bit better. It finally feels good to take a bath, get dressed, cooked and do my own thing now, two weeks later. My husband took off from work for 5 days and took care of me then I brough my niece over and she stood with me for another 5 days to help out. I am still a bit swollen, some days it looks good and some days I look 3 months pregnant but I know this is part of the recovery, so far I can see the results will be good just need the patience while I recover. The scar is actually starting to look better and I can see how it would fade. I go on Monday to remove my stitches. I cant really post pics up here as I have tried but feel free to email me marilyn.travelallure@gmail.com. Wish you the best and hang in there, I am sure you will love your results,

Glad to hear that all went well. Not many mini TT's on here, so good to hear you like yours so far. My biggest obstacle right now is nerves, but I'm working on that. 21 days to go! How long is your incision? Did you also have lipo of upper abs? I'm having doubts if mini is enough as I want my abs FLAT. Not enough skin for a full I guess. I would love to see pics to help compare to where I am. Helps to know where I'm headed. Charenew at gmail.com is my email. Happy healing and thanks for sharing.
