I had very oily skin and scalp. I used Accutane for almost a year and it helped dry up the oil and completely cleared up my skin. Today, I have never get blemishes.
Pros: It's been years since I was on it and I didn't have any side effects. The results were permanent.
The cons: My eyes were left permanently dry.
