i'm very concerned with damaging my face so this decision was not taken lightly, it was after much reading, research and continuous rosacea outbreaks that i even thought about doing this. i called them few times and they were actually rude on the phone believe it or not but i went on 2 seperate consultations and thought this woman was just as good as the dr who was charging twice as much. i dont like that they tell you you have to buy 4 ahead of time, which after talking to the manager he is letting me pay as i go because i'm a scaredy cat :) i had it done last night and it was a stinging pain for a hot second each time and that was it, i was not red when i left and i thought i would look sunburned so i was grateful for that but then concerned that it wasnt strong enough and i was wasting my money. today i woke up and its very blothchy and my sun damage and few broken caps are still very noticeable, i am debating to even go back for antoher treatment. i will wait and see how it looks in few days, hope it prgressivley gets more even toned.

the girl who did it was nice and caring, the manager was nice, but alittle pushy to buy more and the receptionist was a complete bitch, just sayin.........

I am a believer that topicals are safer than laser and light treatments on the skin. I don't even tout laser hair removal. You can click on my name and go read my review of IPL, and then you'll have a better understanding of why I am not happy with the results. I understand that rosacea is difficult to treat and many do turn to IPL or other invasive treatments but the caution is that you could end up with more problems than you started out with if the treatment burns your dermis. And they are hot enough to burn the dermis. And the subcutaneous layers of skin can't regenerate.
I got 2 done now I have HUGE pores... Lots of lines ,wrinkles and white lines on face... Really bad around mouth,. Been 5 weeks and skin still hurts ..

Thanks for your review! I had very bad results after IPL so I understand why you would be a little concerned. I think you should tread carefully!
