I have had my set on for almost 2 weeks. I started just with the first set, and then this past wednesday had the attachments put on. My dentist is great and that process has been fine. The first couple of days were rough and very sore, but then it got better, and by the time I got the attachments I got sorta comfortable with it. But now I'm back to before with being sore due to the attachments making them tight again, but no pain no gain, right? I have pretty messed up teeth and a large gap. I am 26 and no longer want to feel ashamed or embarrassed smiling in pictures. I am supposed to have 15 total trays, so we shall see how this goes. My advice for anyone entering into this commitment, is exactly that, it is a commitment. Brushing, eating, drinking...it all becomes more strict. You get used to it, but it is a bit intimidating at first. Stick with it!
