How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.

6 days post op Review

I was on this wonderful site everyday for the past 3 months reading every possible review i could, i learn things i would never imagine, but nothing prepared me for the pain and sensation i would feel the day of and the next day. When i opened my eyes after the surgery i couldn't breath it was the worst feeling in the world i freaked out. The elephant sitting on my chest feeling was there. Most of my pain is on my chest from the breas aug. my right breast hurts so bad on one spot. the tummy feels just like everybody says like i did 3 million crunches. I am so thankful i trained my legs for 1 month straight just squats, weights and all kinds of leg exercises cause I have no problem using my legs instead of my abs for everything.
Things im happy i got:
- used walker from craigslist i used it for 2 days $15
- raised potty seat from craigslist $15 lifesaver
- i used the suppository for going number 2 and colace 3 days before
i went day # 2 so never experienced constipation.
- gauze and paper tape
- neosporin

tip: i had a clogged drain, to prevent this you have to hold the beginning of the tube with one hand, wet your other hand finger and stretch it towards the bulb it won't brake and everything along the tube will come out.
tip: buy at a baby store a breastfeeding freezable breast ring and put it under your bra, it feels so good.
thats all i can think for now.

I feel pain but im still taking my meds around the clock, im afraid if i don't i will get the pain i felt the first day. still sleeping on my recliner. eating super clean and drinking pineapple, cucumber and vanilla smoothies for swelling, coconut water, lemon water, and something in my home country everybody drinks after c sections to heal quickly from the inside its called "epazote", its a dry herb you drink like tea.

Im so happy with my results, beyond happy!!! i just pray to God everything continues to heal perfectly.

I went with 525cc mod profile sientra textured round.

taking 2 percocet every 4 hours and 1 diazepam every 6 hours. + 2 arnica forte once a day and multivitamins.

The plank position ;(

Here are the pics i took 1 day before going for it!

Its unbelievable what pregnancy does to your body. Theres no amount of exercise that can get rid of saggy skin. And breastfeeding its another story. But i will do it all over again in a heartbeat even knowing the end result. My son was 11 pounds, and my twins 9 pounds each, i breastfed them for over a year, today they are healthy, smart beautiful kids. I exercise vigorously 5 days a week, i mean weights, heavy cardio, etc. But i suck at diet, i try to eat as clean as possible but i love food.
So I posted my last pics looking like this so i can remember how far I've come.
Stats: 5ft 4' 147pounds chest:84cm waist:73cm hip:103cm

Dr. Restifo has great reviews, including my neighbor who had surgery done by him, he is always smiling and very calm. I trust his experience, he was my first and only consultation.
