Still worth it
It's been a while.
Have to say it's still worth it. They're a part of me now. I can work out without it feeling weird. I don't have back pain. I love them. I do have to say they're quite large, so one day I when they have to be redone I will go down in size but will enjoy it for now :)
My left breast lowered further than my right by about 1 cm. My nipples are not even, I don't like it but have come to accept it and it's not noticeable. Sleeping is tough. I don't sleep on my stomach, so I do struggle with getting comfortable. Sometimes I put the blanket in between so I don't get wrinkles in my cleavage. I always wear a bra unless the outfit doesn't call for it which is rare. I get side aches in my left breast where my muscle is. My primary doc said it's ok and it's just my muscle when I went in for my first gyno check up.
Shaving is tough, I miss spots all the time.
I flex and they move still, party trick I scare my kids with lol. Sometimes I feel uncomfortable showing them off around others who are self conscious. I feel bad. I Hate Pink by Victoria secret. Their bras don't go to 36ddd which is what I need in pink . Victoria secret does which is great when I want a sports bra or sexy bra Sports bras are hard to find with underwire, I need that extra support I don't wear anything without full support unless it's a night out etc. I still prefer Olga bras over all they fit the implant the best, the underwire is wide and goes back far enough to support. I wear a 36dd in most regular bras Straps are a good size to hold them up too and not hurt in the Olga bras.
Finding bras isn't as fun as I thought it would be though. Most of the time they don't fit around the implant. Mine are bigger around and don't stick out as far. I will try to upload a more recent photo but wanted to give a 2.5 year update :)

bottoming out
4mo post op. had apt today. expressed concern with left breast and feeling ripples at the bottom. and the fact that it looks lower than other breast. He could see that it has lowered. More so when I raise my arms and the muscle on the left breast isn't holding the implant as well as the right side. He told me to wear a supportive bra all the time. I was, but it was a sports bra at night. so now I will be wearing a supportive bra 24/7. I thought the sports bra was supportive, guess not. He also brought up surgery, that its discounted if it happens within first year.....he can correct it. but thought I should wait it out and see if I can get it to stay where it is. I am fine wear it is right now. its only a minor difference that I notice. But will I really be able to stop it from getting worse by wearing a bra? or is surgery the only way to stop it? I just paid for surgery and went through that pain, I don't want to have to do it again so soon :(
doing good
Doing good, they feel great, I don't notice them anymore, sleeping normal. Nipples even. They look great under shirts. sometimes feel a little heavy if I'm not wearing a bra. I worry about sagging so I try to wear one all the time.
always wear one when I sleep :) so in love with them :)
