9 Years Later with Gain and Loss

Well, it’s been 9 years since my tummy tuck and I’m still so thankful that I had it done. After losing 120 pounds and having this procedure over time I gained back 70 pounds. I have been up and down during the last 7 or so years and my tummy has remained nice and flat even when I was at my thickest. I am back down to my pre tummy tuck weight and I’ve decided to have an arm lift. This has me back on this website researching arm lifts so I want to update my tummy tuck with some 9 years later pictures. I saw a comment on my last post that mentioned how dark my scar is. As you can tell with my stretch marks, from having babies and being almost 300 pounds, I have scarring skin for sure but I bet my scar is a little darker because in the spring I spend a little time in the tanning bed. I really don’t care about the TT scar because it is always hidden and my boyfriend couldn’t care less about it. So I haven’t done anything to minimize it. I still don’t have all of the feeling around my tummy tuck area from about my belly button down. Of course I’ve gotten used to it and don’t mind it at all but I thought it was worth mentioning. If you’re still contemplating getting a TT then my advice is to DO IT!!!
