I am now 14 days post op. The surgery went really well. I was out of the hospital in 2 days. No real need for pain meds and back to work after the first week. I am now down to 217. I wish that I seen a bigger loss but I know that it will take some time. I am finally cleared to start back to exercising and I am excited about that. I am glad that I had the surgery. No regrets. I am a 38 Mom of 3 and I am scheduled for the gastric sleeve on November 10th. I am slightly nervous because I am a lover of food. I have taking the nutrition classes and also been learning how to make healthier foor choices. My only issue right now it that I am having a really hard time getting the 10 pounds off needed before surgery. I don't want them to cancel my surgery. I feel my clothes getting looser but the scale says I am still 238. HELP. What can I do?
