Do not go to Dr Constantian

Check out the ball of graft in the tip of my nose courtesy of Dr Constantian.

# years post op...time for a revision! Click to enlarge.

Sadly, my nose is worse than ever, 3 years after Dr C operated. It's as if he forgot to fix the front t and only fixed my profile..wide nose, big ball grafted in it. Nightmare.

CAVEAT EMPTOR!! Dr. Constantian certainly has an incredible reputation, but unfortunately, he must have forgot it at the operating room door the day he reshaped my nose. And reshaped he did, into a fully pronounced gumball tip. All I can say is pictures speak louder than words, so go on his website and really look closely at the photos, especially the front views. You will notice a pattern of highly grafted, unnatural, asymmetrical, swollen looking, nose tips. The photos are red flags you should pay attention to. The nose tips do not look bad because of the unflattering lighting (which is what I told myself when I first saw them), they look bad because they are bad. If you like what you see in the photos, then Dr.C is your guy. If you don't like this look, know that the picture tells the real story and keep looking for a doctor whose pictures you find appealing. When I asked Dr C about the ball tip problem, he told me that Julia Roberts has a tip like this. Somehow, that didn't make me feel better.
