Consultation Review: Super Expensive Estimate - Naperville, IL

Themore I think about my first visit with the cosmetic surgeon, I am so glad that I decided to seek a second opinion. I thought the surgery was going to be way out of range. Dr Moynihan wanted to charge me nearly $6300.the more I think about it, the more mad I get because I pretty much had to call and stop them for a day and a half just to get a quote on the procedure. He didn't make me feel excited about the procedure, which I knew was a red flag. He kept saying things like its going to be a big difference, we're not going to be able to completely remove that arch, but it will be an improvement. Referring to my neck.I never expressed that the procedure was too much money when they called and emailed me my estimate. So, I wonder why they never contacted me again?! You think that they would want my money, right? I saw a review that someone else was estimated a ridiculous rate for a procedure, and they thought Dr Moynihan just didn't want to do the surgery and was just collecting consultation fees. Well, it might be true. He got a hundred fifty dollars from me! bottom line, if you are in the Chicago area, please do yourself a favor and see dr. Shaw. They are up front with their fees, even gave me a price range over the phone! and very affordable and excellent work! I couldn't be happier.

Swelling and bruising almost completely gone. No pain unless I press directly under my chin. I think what helps the most is moving around and staying active. Circulates blood and fluids? I dunno.

Tomorrow I go in to get my stitches removed. Was kinda self conscious going into work today with a bandaid on my chin! Under my chin has developed a hard lump which I hear is normal. Wearing compression at night only now. Here's a recent pic
