He came highly recommends and the amount of care he gave me was exceptional. At my initial consult Dr. Lowen spent almost two hours examining me and giving me the time to try on different bras, shirts, sizes just to make sure he understood my needs and expectation. All of this before I even made a commitment. After 6 different consultation I knew he was the one. The best perfectionist aand precise plastic surgeon out there.
