I had my Zoom done one week ago. Despite having anaesthesia, I had extremely painful zingers during the third and fourth sessions and for about 5 hours more. Then zingers stopped, but my teeth hurt all the night. At the beginning my teeth were really white, but now, despite being on the white diet all this time (only water and white food), it's almost the same colour I had before getting Zoom.
If my teeth stayed as white as they were right after the procedure, I could go through all this pain once again in the future, but unfortunately they didn't, they are maybe slightly slightly whiter then they were before Zoom, so it just doesn't worth all the pain and money.

- painful
- no tea, coffee, colourful food, smoking
- teeth are still getting darker each day
It may worth only for people with really dark teeth, they will probably feel difference.

No, I haven't, but I will probably try it soon. I've heard some of them work. The worst thing is that I have quite white teeth and I was quite happy with their colout, but right after Zoom I saw how good they can look and now I don't like my colour at all.
