I had my surgery roughly a month ago!! A little pain after surgery and I was religious with wearng my garment day and night! Just to tell you, I had my surgey on Friday and was back in the office on Monday!!! At the gym one week later! My stomach was FLAT!

A few days after my surgery I noticed a buldge in my lower abdomen, hard and tender. Worried I called my doctor, he says it`s normal and very common. Great, I wish I knew about this before! I researched online and noticed that it can take up to 3 months before it goes away.... but very true it`s very common.

The reason for the surgey was for contouring, I am 5`9 and weigh 160lbs, very active at the gym but no matter how hard I workked my lower abs was always a problem. Now it`s been a month and the buldge is still there, not as big, but still there and hard. I am looking forward in seeing the final results.
