I had Juvederm injected into my tear troughs but was not happy with the uneven results. Two weeks later I had Hyaluronidase injected to dissolve it. I told the surgeon to inject a small amount as I wanted to be conservative. He injected 0.5 cc into each trough. The filler seemed to dissolve within hours but the next day I noticed my minor troughs were (and still are) much more hollow than my baseline was!
