Probably the anxiety in me, I really want to post pictures but I'm very shy. I made it a goal to post pictures once I hit the gym again in 6 weeks post op though. So far so good, still zero pain. chest has a little bit of fluid build up but dr. Joe said no worries and my body should be able to absorb it. Already scheduled my LASIK, Hydra Facials, Eyelash fillers and wisdom tooth extraction with crowns and sealant appointments. currently consulting for a small tattoo removal and hair laser removal. Yes...this is my year to SHINE!

It's been 3 days post op and I don't know what everyone is talking about when they say that it's "painful" since I feel absolutely no pain. I took one percocet just in case on the first day but woke up the next two days completely normal and stopped taking them. I'm not even collecting more than 20 cc of fluid in my drains...I will say that keeping myself bent at the waist KILLS my lower back and neck oomph, cannot wait until the 14th to hopefully get the drains out so I can shower

Today was the day, I arrived at 6AM and was set by 7AM. Last thing I remember was getting up on the operating table and the nurse said, okay just relax....then I woke up in a blink and it was over, 3 hours felt like 1 second. The staff, the facility, the Dr. This was an amazing journey and everyone was amazing! I cannot wait to tell people about this doctor and the people both at the surgery center and office. talk about making you feel special and safe. Most of the reviews I've read state that it hurts...but I feel absolutely no pain, I took a percocet just in case but overall in 7 hours I feel nothing...let's hope this continues! Can't wait to show off my new body!

I had 10 different consultations with 10 different board certified surgeons in three different state, that is how I know I want the best, and the best was found at Twin Cities Cosmetic Surgery with Dr. "Joe". His staff makes you feel welcomed, safe, secure and puts all your troubles at ease. Tina in billing was so accommodating that she put my anxiety at an all time low, answering all my questions in a blink of an eye! The whole process I felt was more informative than any of the other places I've been to. I knew that Dr. Joe would have to sell himself to me apart from the other 10 surgeons I saw, and when I saw that he's written a book, been on committees, has over a dozen awards, and has worked overseas PLUS a compassion in fitness, I knew he was the one. Sold and paid. I highly recommend Dr. Joe, and as I proceed thru this process of healing and explaining to people my procedure I will definitely pass on the word of mouth and send people to him!
