Mixed Results: Sometimes Good; Sometimes Bad

Worth It
Spent: $2,300 in Illinois

My first experience was good and it lasted about 4 months. I had the hollows of my cheeks filled in after losing a lot of weight (mostly in my face). I also had my jaw line straightened which was irregular after maxiofacillial surgery I had years ago.

I have been getting radiesse for about 2 years now...and each time I go in I have to come back to have something tweaked. Usually because it's uneven. It's really a crap shoot. Once, I was so devastated with the results (it looked like he gave me jowels!) the next time, he did a good job correcting it and I was pretty happy. Then the last time he messed up again: the results were very uneven. I think the product must be hard to control, b/c I show him exactly where I want it...I've even drawn the circles on my own face with chalk and he seldom gets it right now.

Still, I'll stick with it, b/c it's the only filler that can correct those hollows. I will just try a different doctor next time. As far as pain goes, the dental damn is too painful, so I just go for ice and have it injected externally; I feel very little pain.
