“SmartLipo MPX on Hips, Back Abs and Neck - So Far I Am Very Happy!!”

I had SmartLipo MPX yesterday, March 24, 2010. Today is day one postop and so far I am very happy with the results. I had my back and hips done and this coming Saturday I am scheduled to get my abdomen and neck done. The procedures had to be divided because the doctor can only take a certain amount off during each procedure to be safe.

The procedure took about 4 hours and I was pretty much pain free, a couple of times I felt slight pinching--uncomfortable but not horrible. He gave me head phones to wear and turned on my favorite radio station so all I heard was music...that was nice because I was worried about hearing "noises" that I really didn't want to hear. Before I knew it I was standing in my garment and my husband was there to take me home... You definitely need a ride home. I went straight home went to bed and slept comfortable all night long.

Today I feel sore but I am taking hydrocodone for pain and it works well. I have had a little drainage, but nothing like what other people have posted. I can see some drainage on my garment in several places but not bad enough to add extra pads. I cant wait to take off my garment and actually see my skin and see if I have any bruising.
