I went to the doctor for the first time and asked for botox. I also explained that I did not like the lines that go from my nose to the corner of my mouth. He talked to me about fillers and it was between restylane, juviderm and radiesse. He explained characteristics to each of them - the substance, the needle, how deep they go, how long results last, etc.. Because I was a chicken, I initially asked for restylane. He said he's a doctor that believes in bang for your buck and since the radiesse was the same price - it lasts longer. He said the needle is slightly bigger and you go deeper but it can last up to 12-18 months instead of 4-6. I chose radiesse.
All I can say is HUGE difference! Immediately! It was like an immediate face change! What's great is that it also stimulates collagen production. I couldn't be happier. The first 2 minutes it looked odd but I knew it would after reading reviews about fillers. After that wore off I loved it - that was by the time I got to the car to leave.

I can still see the effects but I can tell they're starting to go away. My opinion never changed, still love it!
