Dr. Viscardi and his staff were all very friendly. They answered all of the questions that I had. I could email or call Renee and she would get back to me promptly. You don't really spend too much time talking with Dr. Viscardi until the size selection and the post-op appointments. Hence the 4 stars. Everything else was excellent. First off, all the staff is very friendly. During the initial consultation they give you information about the procedure but no real plans are done. You meet Dr. Viscardi, who is very welcoming, but you spend more time talking to the consultant Renee. She is wonderful though, and has also had the procedure so she is honest about any answers she gives you. This was my second consultation, and they excelled against the first place I went to. The only thing I wish is that I would have gotten a chance to use the Mentor Sizing System when picking my size. I was told to go to a website and pick pictures of my ideal look. I feel like I am a little larger than I wanted, but I'm still happy with the results.
