I used to be a full C until I breast fed my daughter and lost 50 pounds! I then became saggy and my breasts looked disgusting! I am currently recovering (5 days post op). I received 360cc's silicone.

I am satisfied with the results so far!

Updated on Dec 28, 2009:
I had breast augmentation 5 days ago. I have recently been sweating at night and have the chills. I do not have a fever. I have pain in my right breast but my left breast feels fine. My incisions look normal and I do not have any redness or significant swelling on one side. Could the chills and pain on one side be normal? -- Updated on Dec 28, 2009: I am 10 days post op and I can feel lunps in my left breast. They are near the bottom of the breast above the incision. They feel pea size. I saw my surgeon today and he didnt even feel the lumps but said because I have no fat on my body I can probably feel the implant itself. Is this true?

It's possible that you can feel the implant. But whether the bumps you are feeling are from the implant itself is another matter. I can understand watching things very closely during the healing stages, but 5 days post-op is too soon to be expecting The Final Result. Give it time, don't get yourself worried sick about every unexpected change. Also, are you still getting the night chills/sweats? If not, then things seem to be moving in the right direction. When in doubt, pick up the phone and call your surgeon (state things calmly and clearly), but otherwise, just do the right things and stay healthy!
