I had laser spider vein removal treatment yesterday and unfortunately didn't do my research (or any, I am sorry to say) and have some lingering concerns. No eye shields were used, even though I asked if I should have one...was told no. Today I am experiencing a twinging sensation sometime accompanied by a somewhat sharp pain (fleeting, nothing I can't handle, just concerning). I don't feel confident enough in the practitioner to contact him to ask follow up questions. I should have known better when no paper work was filled in, the "consult" was hardly such, and he was flippant about risks.

The whole process was not professional and didn't resemble a medical office visit in any way.

I didn't have an eye shield either, but then again, the procedure was on my legs so I think that's fine. Did you get results you wanted? For what it's worth $99 seems like a recipe for bad outcomes (I spent thousands)
