I went to 4 different places for consults to find the doc/staff/facility that was right for me. Dr. Gervais and his team were hands down the best! Not only is Dr. Gervais experienced and educated he genuinely cared about me. I didn't feel like just another patient to him. I felt like I was the only person he had to see that day. His staff is equally as wonderful. They all made me feel so comfortable we might as well been talking in my own living room. From the time I first set foot into the office until I left after surgery and every time I have been there since, everyone has gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable, answer my questions and make me feel like I am the priority. Dr. Gervias is always quick to answer my emails as questions have come up post surgery. By quick, I mean at times, within minutes, how many doctors can you say that about? My surgery was easy, and I didn't have any pain after. Some tightness through out my chest, and some discomfort due to bandages, but overall the entire experience was a breeze. I would highly recommend Dr. Gervais and Minneapolis Plastic Surgery to anyone!
