Dr. Gervais and his staff were extremely helpful during the process of my very first surgery. They took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed or unimportant. They also helped greatly in the decision-making process and the follow-up care. Nurse Jill even called me from her home on the evening of my surgery to make sure I was doing well!
