In my 40's I decided it was time to straighten my teeth. I have always been self conscious about my smile. I never thought I'd be a candidate for Invisalign because I thought my teeth were too crooked. I bit the bullet and decided to do it. 10 months in, I am almost done and the results are impressive.
If you are considering this, I must tell you you really need to be disciplined about using the trays. I was a little hesitant because I like to snack a lot. Also, its a lot of work keeping your trays clean. I had four buttons on the top teeth and none on the bottom. Looking back on tray one to the one I am on now, I can't believe how much the teeth have moved.
I feel a lot more confident about my smile. I also seem to notice other peoples smiles too. I just had my check up and I may need a few more trays to finish up the straightening and I plan to do it. I've come this far and want a perfect smile. I'm so glad I skipped the metal and rubber bands, Its has been an extremely worthwhile treatment for me and would highly recommend it.
