“Mini facelift”

I got a miniface lift in April. It looks good but my earlopes (they are kind of full and fleshy) don't feel like part of my body anymore. I can still feel pain when I pinch them but they feel like seperated dead particles on my head.

Also, I have often some razer-like stinging sensations in the area where the doc cut and pulled. Is that normal? It is 4 months after the procedure...
