I had my breast augmentation 11 days ago. pre op A cup..600cc under the muscle..my right breast was larger than my left, my Dr had put inner sutures on the fold of the smaller breast, it is not dropping like she would like it to, but my concern is my right breast the implant seems like it falls off to the side and is alot of pressure, and the breast tissue seems to hang off the implant..she does want to do a lift in the future to raise the nipple to correct the position will this help the implant to stay in position

Would it be possible for you to post a photo so we can visualize what you're describing? It's really hard to picture. It's hard to say if a lift would help your implant stay in position. Your surgeon is the one who knows your breasts and I would listen to her. Or you could seek a second opinion with a surgeon who can examine you.

Thanks so much for posting your photo. There's still no way to really tell what's going on, but you should feel no pressure whatsoever to post any photos that would make you uncomfortable. Have you considered getting a second opinion from another plastic surgeon in your area?
