Saline Breast Implant Removal and Replaced with Silicone with Some Reconstructive Work - Milton Hospital

I had surgery by Dr. Russo two weeks ago. My surgery included removal of my saline implants and reconstruction of my original pockets to reshape me and replacing my implants to a larger size using gel implants. My original surgery was 11 years ago with another Dr. in Los Angeles. After searching for a Dr. in Boston I knew that Dr. Russo was the right one for the job. Without writing pages of details I want to share my experience with that I could not have made a better decision going with Dr. Russo. I was not an "easy" case by any means. He is not only very skilled, he is honest, patient and he listens closely to understand a patient's needs. Although I am still in the healing stage of my surgery, I can honestly say that the results already far surpass what I expected. One important aspect of my surgery I want to share is that there was another procedure related to my breast reconstruction that he thought I needed in order to receive optimal results. When my surgery was over he explained he did not need to do the additional surgery we spoke about as he was able to get the optimal results in another, less invasive way during my procedure. He issued a full refund of that portion of my surgery that was not performed. The honesty and caring nature of a plastic surgeon like Dr. Russo is not one that is easily found, in my opinion. I would trust him and recommend him for any plastic surgery procedure especially breast augmentation, reconstruction.
