I do not have loose skin but I do have fat on my upper and lower abdomen, above a large c section scar, do you recommend lipo or tummy tuck? I am 51 years old and am reasonably fit but cannot get rid of this fat. I have been considering it for over a 2 years. Want to have a inbuldging abdomen. Feel fat.

Welcome to the community. My advice is to go and see at least 2-3 surgeons for consults. They will let you know if you are a better candidate for either liposuction or a tummy tuck. Each person is so completely different with skin elasticity etc.
