“It really depends but overall, very good”

I first had microdermabrasion done at my dermatologist's office when I was 32 or 33 years old. The first time it did feel uncomfortable, and my face was red for the day. I think I did a series of 4 instead of 6, but the results were great for the year.

It really depends on the type of machines they use and what types of salt or crystals are used on your face. I've also had microdermabrasion done at a spa, but it wasn't as great as the dermatologist's office.

I haven't had it done in a couple of years, and I still suffer breakouts at age 36. I would do it again but at a dermatologist's office.
