The procedure only took 2 hours. I had my entire stomach done. I'm 5'8'' and about 139 lbs. I'm usually 128 lbs. and wanted a little help finding the motivation to lose my winter weight.

The procedure was very cold and I experienced some cramping initially, but was able to text and watch a movie for the rest of the time. I had it done a week ago and feel like my stomach is already tighter... but I think that's bc of the swelling. I actually gained a few lbs. from the swelling. I'll keep you updated.
