I had my surgery in Aug 2011 My start weight was 285 and now it is Nov 26 and my weight is 250 help.

Hvae you been back to speak to your doctor about your weight loss? Did the doctor give you nay expectation of what you would lose within the first few months?
Don't lose hope, there's always a reason for slow weight loss and usually a solution.
